Travel & Accommodation
Whether your celebration is close to home or across the country, travel is arranged with the same care I bring to the painting itself. Every detail — from transportation to timing — is coordinated so I arrive prepared, rested, and fully dedicated to your day.

Delivery & Shipping
Once the painting is complete and varnished, it is prepared carefully for delivery. Whenever possible, I prefer in-person delivery or pickup, as it ensures the work reaches you safely and allows for a more personal handoff.
When shipping is necessary, the painting is packed professionally, fully insured, and billed separately based on size and destination.
Reserving Your Date
Once your date is reserved, that day belongs fully to you and your painting.
To reserve your date, a signed agreement and initial retainer are required. The remaining balance is completed in stages, with the final portion due upon completion of the painting, prior to delivery.
